Delivery Policy

PAZZA OLIVE OIL CO. delivers personally within the Greater Toronto Area. We do not ship by courier and there is no customer pickup.

Service area

The GTA, including the relevant areas of Toronto, York Region, Peel Region, Halton Region and Durham Region.

Delivery day and cutoff

Deliveries are made on Saturdays. Orders must be placed by Thursday at 11:59 p.m. to be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the following Saturday.

Delivery fees

Orders under $100: $14.99.
Orders of $100 or more: free.

Delivery instructions

Please provide any access details at checkout: condo buzz code, unit number, concierge instructions, leave-at-door or safe-drop location, and a phone number so we can reach you on delivery day.

Outside the GTA

Addresses up to roughly one hour beyond the GTA may be served for orders of $500 or more, arranged individually through our Large Orders page. Delivery is not promised until PAZZA has confirmed the address and order.
