Olive You

The gift

Nothing says I love you like olive oil.

Corny. Also true. It is one of the very few gifts that actually gets used — a little every day, for months. On eggs in the morning, over a salad, into the pan. Every one of those days, they think of whoever gave it to them.

Why it beats flowers and chocolate

They will use it every day for months.

Flowers die in a week. Chocolate is gone in a night. A bottle of real olive oil sits on the counter and gets poured every single day until it runs out — and every time they reach for it, they remember who sent it.

What arrives

In a gift bag, written by hand, and explained.

In a gift bag

Ready to hand over — or we deliver it straight to their door. No wrapping paper, no last-minute panic, nothing to assemble.

Your message, by hand

You write it on the product page before checkout. We write it out by hand on the card that goes in the bag.

An information sheet

Where the oil comes from, how it is traced back to the mill and the batch, and why cold-extracted oil bottled at origin is better for you — so they know exactly what they are holding.

Three ways to order

For you, as a gift, or delivered to them.

01 · For your own kitchen

The bottle or tin, delivered free to your GTA address on Sunday. Every bottle comes with its origin card.

02 · As a gift you hand over

03 · As a gift delivered to them

The same gift bag, delivered straight to their door anywhere in the GTA. Enter their address at checkout and your name goes on the card.

Why it lands

They cannot buy this themselves.

Quaglia is not sold in Canadian supermarkets. No shelf, no aisle, no warehouse-club pallet. Until now, the only way to get this oil in Toronto was to know somebody in Italy.

That is the whole reason it works as a gift. It is not a nicer version of something they already own — it is something they could not have got.

The whole business, in three lines

One oil. One mill. One city.

We are not a store with a hundred bottles. We sell one extra-virgin olive oil, from one family mill, and we only bring in enough for the GTA. That is the entire business — and it is why you can trust what is in the bottle.

One oil

We sell one thing

Every bottle and tin on this site is the same oil: one harvest, cold-extracted at one mill. You are choosing a size, not a product. No “premium line”, no cheaper blend underneath it.

One mill

We know exactly where it comes from

Frantoio Oleario Quaglia, Roccadaspide, Campania — milling since 1901. Grove, press and bottling line in one place, run by one family. The producer’s name is on the label and the traceability record comes with every bottle.

One city

We only have enough for the GTA

One allocation per harvest, sized for one city. We do not ship across Canada and we do not sell to stores. Delivered by us, to a GTA address, on a Sunday. When this year’s share is spoken for, it is gone until the next harvest.

Who it is for

The person in your life who actually cooks

A thank-you that is not a gift card

Clients and staff who have received enough wine

Hosts, in-laws, and anyone even slightly Italian

A housewarming — the first good thing in a new kitchen
